I was in transit for the night at JFK - this was an ideal location, and the shuttle bus made things even easier.

Curtains were not big enough to cover window so could not get darkness in room. Shuttle bus only leaves on the hour so you can not book a personal time. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on around you. Bus is very small, at 5 am there were too many people to fit on the shuttle bus. Staff were impatientent. I travel a lot and this hotel was overpriced and extremely bad. Beds were soft.

customer service was great. I was intransit needing to overnight in NYC. loved upon checking, I was given menus of nearby resturants that deliver. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express Kennedy Airport only overnight. The room was extremely comfortable and with all amenities required. The breakfast was super too. Although I stayed very shortly, I will definitely use the same chain in other travels.
The confirmation number I got from Booked.net was completely different from the hotel's confirmation number

The pick up service from the airport took a very very long time and the hotel kept saying it was on it's way in a few minutes. I made 4 phone calls to the hotel to ask where the shuttle bus was. Each time they said on its way - it took an hour of waiting. As a result many phone calls from many people waiting in the freezing cold at the federal circle station. The bus was filled up and others had to wait for the next one! SHOCKING!!!!! I will never stay here again as a result of this.

The front desk refused to help us with luggage-my husband 84,me 79..It was entirely due to the kindness of other guests that we managed. NEVER again! Its just not a people friendly operation.
Inconvenient floor plan-check in desk is on ground floor.To get to rooms you use lift to go downstairs then cross breakfast area,not much room to move trolley around & then find room????some on lower floor-others another lift!
